Once your order is placed a member of our support team will contact you to complete a remote survey form.  

We document this information and pass it on to the installation team prior to your installation date to ensure a smooth and successful install. If for any reason you cannot complete a remote survey, we can book in for one of our installers to complete an on-site survey prior to your install date.

Once installation is complete you will receive a hand over pack from our support team, this includes product warranties and the one-year workmanship warranty covered by our warranty provider
